ʿIlm al-Aqīdah is the knowledge of the creed. The scholars of Ahlus-Sunnah
wal-Jamāʿah have described it as the highest and noblest of all the Islamic
sciences, for it has the highest and noblest subject: the knowledge of
Allāh, His attributes, His Messengers, and the realities of the unseen that
He has revealed. It is the origin of every other religious knowledge, and
it is the foundation upon which the validity of all deeds depends. The
